We purchased two for our double vanity. They are pricey but very showy and we wanted to use them as a focal point. I created a mosaic back-splash to match their magnificent color. They installed easily and looked fantastic-- really a brilliant design. After using them only 1 day we noticed hard water marks on them. You cannot use any chemicals and therefore we followed manufacturers instructions and only used soap and water and a clean rag. Spots are stubborn and remain. We bought a special cloth made for cleaning this as you cannot use anything abrasive-- the spots still do not budge. I have searched the internet looking for a way to clean these beautiful vessel sinks- but most warn of using abrasives and chemicals- only suggesting soap and water. It is a bathroom- it only gets used for washing up with soap and water, this is causing the spots- so I think they need to research and present a better answer. It was suggested to use baking soda and I will try this and post a follow up to this. If you have hard water- stay away from anything made like these sinks- their beauty will be marred by hard water spots.
