I give the seller 5 stars, the description, shipping and communication were impeccable. My plumber had no problem installing it. It is a beautifully functioning faucet and gives the roomy space I wanted for pots and pans. The only thing I wished I knew that I now know is the clearance that you need for the faucet handle to maneuver in the direction away from the user. This is critical especially if you have a small knee wall/bar counter area in front of the faucet where there is only about 2 - 3 inches between the sink and the wall. This would have also been helpful when positioning the sink and having the granite insert holes cut out. So to overcome this deficiency of lack of full swivel space, the plumber suggested putting the whole faucet at a 45 degree angle with the lever facing inward toward the sink or the other option would have been a total 90 degree, perpendicular to the sink. I choose the 45. Granite had already been cut, and placed as well as the sink...There was no turning back. It came down to what I aesthetically could live with.

So all in all I would give the faucet a 5 star if I had known about the lever action beforehand so that appropriate accommodations could be made. I just needed another 1/4" to get full range in the correct parallel position but the bar top portion of the wall prevented that. I hope this helps the next person...but do absolutely feel completely comfortable and secure in ordering from this seller.
