I was putting up 300 sq ft of thin brick in my house, and this tool probably saved me a week or two filling in the mortar lines between the bricks. I was having a real hard time with the traditional bakers bag (I'm not a pro) and I came accross this tool. What a life saver. It easily hooked up to my drill. I recommend using an electric drill, a cordless will die on you quickly. Since I was doing this project at night and in my spare time over the course of several weeks, this tool needed to be completely cleaned (hosed out) at the end of the day. If you leave even a little bit of mortar, it will harden inside, and you may have to take it apart. The "hopper" is made out of very durable hard plastic, I dropped it a few times, without any damage. This is a unique tool, and I haven't seen anything like it on the web or in stores. It's a bit pricey, but considering what contractors wanted to do the job, it payed for itself and then some. I would have given 5 stars if it was at a $199 price point without the drill. For this price, a cheap $40 drill should be included. Hope this helps.
