I've had this seat for 6 years and it got leaky recently. I've tried Toto 300 for replacing Lotus seat but turned out Toto 300 is far less good than Lotus. First, Toto 300 made a huge noise and vibrated my bedroom. Second Lotus patent PureStream has far more power than Toto's and much quite. I don't feel any vibration from bedroom at all. I returned my Toto 300 back to Costco and bought new Lotus ATS-1000 again from Lotusseats.com.
