The product arrived without any issues. It is excellent quality product and it exactly as it appears on the advertisement. I was very pleased with this item. I actually received five wall support brackets instead of four as advertised and that helped out a lot. They also included two extra end covers in case one or more were damaged when trying to shorten the bar. The only minor inputs that I have is that they include bolts for installing the support brackets instead of screws but those are easy to get at a hardware store. Also, the door guide for mounting on the floor will not work if you install a door on carpet. Be ready to be creative. But I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to install a door to slide over an opening rather than a pocket door, bi-fold door or full swing door.
