It was a nightmare for delivery they need two people and kept post-poning it. I got it and it is a nice ladder but it weighs so much it is impossible to manuver and lift. I should have bought a smaller ft or went for weight vs sturdiness.

It is a beast of a ladder and comes, not in a box, but scratched to heck with a piece of cardboard on the end. I am trying to sell it on Craigslist now and buy a different one.

You need the things to steady it that it doesn't include so include that in the price. It is way too heavy for home use.
