I replaced a "contractors special" Mansfield (clog happy) toilet with this TOTO Vespin II. I wanted the function of a TOTO Drake but with a skirted design for a guest bathroom. I had this toilet shipped so it was packaged beyond the standard TOTO packaging. What I did notice was a loose item sound inside the bowl package. The two skirt covers were packaged (by TOTO) loose in the box. One of them was still inside the un-taped bubble wrap but the other was floating around loose. There was no toilet damage but one of the skirt covers had some finish chipped off the corner. I emailed TOTO suggesting that they re-evaluate their packaging of those components. The tank and bowl were both from USA factories (very pleased). The bowl rim is level and there are no blemishes on any of the components.

The Uni-Fit is different if you have never seen one before but it is pretty easy to use. I dislike wax rings so I opted for a rubber seal which did work with the Uni-Fit adapter (was not sure it would work when ordering). A 16" SS flex line (without that flood control BS) and new 1/4 turn ball valve were used to supply the water. The skirt covers are held in place with velcro so I am curious on long term attachment. I contacted my seller about the chipped cover and they are sending me out replacements. **I received the two replacement covers from TOTO. The dual cyclone flushing works great and I am very happy with my upgrade. My only minor complaint is the water drip noise that the Uni-Fit adapter makes after flushing or while bowl volume is "being displaced". The noise is probably amplified by the cavity inside the the skirt. This had the most current Uni-Fit adapter that was revised to reduce the water drip noise. I believe the noise could be diminished by fitting some sound absorbing material into the skirt cavity. I may try that in the future.

**Update: Still working great and the noise is hardly noticeable anymore. I must have acclimated to it?
