The shed is a great product at a great price with my prime free delivery, but the one I received was defective or else damaged during the delivery process. I ordered this shed in March knowing of the 6 week delivery time. It finally arrived, but after assembling the floor and trying to assemble the two back pieces, we discovered the upper edges on both back pieces were damaged. Looked like the material was melted or exposed to extreme pressure to cause the damage. We were unable to continue the assembly...the shed had to be returned. The GOOD news? The Amazon large-items customer service representatives were fantastic. They attended to my issue immediately--scheduled a pick up of the damaged shed within 3 days and issued me a credit within two days, which already arrived at my bank. The damage was not Amazon's fault...it just happened. Not wanting to wait another 6 weeks, I ended up buying the shed at Lowe's at a cheaper price but with a hefty delivery charge ended up spending $60 more. The shed design is roomy and sturdy, but unfortunately, my experience with this purchase was not good. Amazon is still TOPS in my book, and I will continue to shop at Amazon.com in the future. :-)
