I had a CH airless many years ago when I built our house. Like a dummy I sold it thinking I would never need that kind of a rig again. Wrong. My wife sold her business, and now I'm painting the inside and outside of a 6000 sf building to get it ready for sale. Due to the quality and trouble-free operation of my first airless, I decided to buy this one for the job. It works great, and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm using a very thick "one coat commercial" latex paint, and it has no problem spraying it, un-thinned. One thing I did notice, is I had to dial down the pressure a bit, otherwise I would get a few runs in the paint, and I wasn't even running it full tilt, either. Due to the viscosity, I really didn't think this paint could run, but this rig really blows it out. I suppose if I was using a thinner paint, I would have to dial it back some more, which is doable. I've already run 60 gallons of paint through it, and have had no issues at all. The only real problem I have, is that I just hate painting, period.
