Unit heater requires 115 volt AC power and can operate using natural gas (NG). Proper venting and a thermostat are required and are sold separately.

I have a 30x40x14 Garage, live in a cooler climate (Wyoming). I have used this heater for 3 months and it is very impressive considering the cost of the unit .This Heater works very well . Has been set at 60 degrees and with the help of a ceiling fan placed in the center of the garage even the floor is warm . The cost of running makes the unit look very efficient . Estimating 10$ in electricity and 40$ in natural Gas. In January with the temps mostly in the negatives. The Garage has R38 ceiling and R19 walls. 5 4'x4' Windows and a 16x12 R9 Door. I am very impressed with this unit would recommend and purchase again !!!
