Purchased from another vendor, we used this tank in a complete bath remodel of a 1970's condo. Geberit's tech & customer support are very knowledgeable,(cannot emphasize how really good, nice, motivated they are!). For an ADA issue, we needed to add extra height above the 19"max standard, and were able to do it with added blocking at the bottom 2x4 and the tank is then placed on, with the adjustable feature of the wall tank system.
Recommend that if you are converting from floor toilet to wall version, get your plumber, carpenter, tile/stone (if using stone or tile) trades together to agree on an install sequence, and specifications. If you are doing it yourself, DO YOUR RESEARCH, this is a different ball game.
Bottom line, do not give up hope for a wall hung toilet system until you have asked the Pros that have the actual experience, and the manufacture's of products!
