I purchased this fan in the middle of July and had it for three weeks before it died. I called Minka Aire and did the tests they requested and sure enough the fan was toast. I was then instructed to call the shipper and they would send a replacement, which I did. I called them again on Wednesday and was told it was being shipped from Minka so I called them and they didn’t know anything and told me to call the shipper. Sorry, but when did it become my job to do their job. It’s too bad because I like the fan but I will never buy a Minka product again simply because they score a “0” in customer service.
