The unit was delivered quickly in quality packaging. All items were present with several extra screws included. Installation was easy with good directions included. Make sure to plan the layout of the rail and bend it prior to installation. It took me a couple of hours to complete the project, but I was taking my time. The glass pendants are bright enough for lighting our kitchen island. However, without other lighting present in the room, it would not be sufficient. A dimmer will not be needed in most rooms. I took off one star because the actual glass pendant covers are more of a uniform butterscotch color with minimal speckling and color variation than that shown in the photograph. Overall, I'm very pleased, but looking for other glass shade alternatives.
